On the 04th July 2011 The Westbury Hotel will launch our new all-day-dining restaurant, The Gallery. The Gallery Restaurant will be open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week. The food is reminiscent of the South of France, The French Rivera and Northern Italy with a large focus on sublime ingredients prepared in an uncomplicated manner. The stunning décor is period France but was designed to be welcoming and warm rather than formal and obtrusive. The Gallery Restaurant is a 96 seated restaurant hosting its own casual bar where guests can enjoy a selection of drinks with their leisurely lunch. This exciting project will be headed up by Head Chef Brian Fantoni, formally of Claridges, The Savoy and Enoteca Restaurant.
With this exciting position adding to our current ‘Hotel Bar of the Year’, The Polo Bar and the friendly Tsukiji Restaurant, The Westbury Hotel really is the current leader in opulent hospitality in Mayfair.
